PINARS LLC is an independent reseller of commercial and industrial hardware. We do not manufacture products. The compliance information below describes PINARS's operating practices and how we forward manufacturer documentation to customers.
Product standards
- Door hardware — products supplied are manufactured to BHMA / ANSI A156 series standards as published by each manufacturer. Individual grade certifications (Grade 1, Grade 2) are listed by the manufacturer on the product itself or in associated technical datasheets.
- Exit devices and life-safety hardware— products referenced as UL-listed (UL 305, UL 10C and related) carry the listing per the original manufacturer's certification.
- Industrial control components — products are built to applicable IEC, UL, CSA or CE standards as documented by each manufacturer.
- All compliance claims for individual products are made by the original manufacturer. PINARS forwards published certifications, datasheets and listing references and does not issue compliance attestations of its own.
Authenticity & anti-counterfeit
- Products are sourced as genuine product through primary distribution channels.
- Original factory packaging is preserved and is not opened, repackaged or modified prior to shipment, except where the manufacturer ships in bulk.
- Purchase records are retained and can be provided on a per-order basis to support traceability requirements.

- Delaware Resale Certificate
- Certificate of Insurance (COI), where applicable
- Manufacturer technical data sheets, BHMA grade certifications, UL listing references and similar product-level documentation, forwarded as published by the manufacturer

Trade & export controls
- PINARS supplies products to United States customers only and does not currently export.
- Customers are responsible for any onward export of products and for compliance with applicable U.S. export regulations including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Products supplied are commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) items. No ITAR-controlled defense articles are knowingly supplied.
Conflict minerals, RoHS & REACH
PINARS does not manufacture products and does not issue conflict minerals (Section 1502, Dodd-Frank Act), RoHS or REACH disclosures of its own. For these reports, customers should reference the original manufacturer's published statements, which PINARS can forward on request.
Trademarks & brand affiliations
All product names, trademarks and brand identifiers belong to their respective owners. PINARS LLC is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the manufacturers whose products are listed. Brand names appear on this site solely to identify products PINARS supplies.
Data privacy
- Customer information is collected solely for order fulfillment, quotation, invoicing and account management.
- Customer data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
- Where required for shipment, customer name, address and contact information are shared with carriers.
